Shipping Policy

Dwella proudly offers free worldwide shipping.

Your payment will be processed when you place your order. Please note that all payments are subject to verification and approval, which may take a few days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring extra verification may be delayed or canceled.

We typically need 2–5 business days to prepare your order and transfer it to our carrier’s sorting facility. During peak periods, such as major holidays, or when certain popular items are out of stock, processing times may extend up to 10 days.

Please note that once your order begins processing in our shipping department, we cannot make any changes, including address updates. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Orders are shipped on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates, depending on the locations of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.

Please note that for some carriers, tracking information may take several days to appear in their system. If it has been over 5 business days since your order was shipped and there’s still no tracking update, feel free to reach out to us for assistance at contact@dwellastore.com.

Deliveries

Shipping time varies by country or region. Most orders arrive between 7 and 14 business days in most regions. In a few regions, orders may take 15-30 days to arrive. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

We work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, but Dwella cannot be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, strikes, protests, or other unforeseen events.

If a package is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any related import fees and return shipping costs.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Dwella is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a report and/or claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Note: We use the carrier’s timestamp and delivery confirmation to review claims for lost or damaged items. We may not be able to honor your claim if it is not promptly reported.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, so we cannot modify the address or make changes. If your order has already moved to shipping, we are unable to retrieve or adjust the address.
